The Drift Kelmas name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Drift Kelmas. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Copyrighted Materials

5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that was removed and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the appropriate legal venue
6. Instructor and Creator Rights
6.1 Content Submission
Instructors and content creators who submit educational materials to Drift Kelmas represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for such content.
6.2 Revenue Sharing
Where applicable, revenue sharing arrangements and intellectual property ownership terms are defined in separate instructor agreements. Instructors retain specified rights to their original content as outlined in their individual contracts.
7. Third-Party Content and Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources and may incorporate third-party content under appropriate licenses. Drift Kelmas is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or intellectual property compliance of such external content. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement or assumption of responsibility for third-party content.
8. License Grants
8.1 Student License
Upon enrollment, students receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for the duration of their enrollment and any applicable access period thereafter. This license is for personal educational use only and does not convey any ownership rights.
8.2 Commercial Use Prohibition
Unless explicitly authorized in writing, no content from the platform may be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, incorporation into commercial products or services, or use in business training programs.
